LOVED it!
Love how they also used the Khom Fai (floating lantern) in the movie. Its also very different from other cartoonish movies
Right amount of jokes to make the movie a fun to watch one! But ofcourse, as a Disney cartoon movie, you'll be sure to be seating in on some sudden singing/musical which i dont fancy. Other than that, its all good!
DEFINATELY one of my favs cartoonish movies.

Later that evening, I went to see the doc cause my eye really hurt and it was like a lil pimple. Thankgod it wasnt visible though.
Doc said i have Chalazion. Its when the dirt blocks the pores (that produces tears). Thus, the small swelling from the inside (under eyelid). I had 2 of it actually. Said it might have came from me wearing contacts etc. I thought it was my makeup that i wasnt properly removed. Thinking of it, it might have been my contacts.
Tobehonest, im not that hygenic with my contacts- which is not a good thing i know. A habit i should cultivate! I should probably check out the lil machine thingie that helps you to watch your contact lenses.
I might have to undergo a surgery to remove the dirt if it doesnt go away from applying the cream given. Its been a month plus now and i still have 1 of it. It does not hurt but its a lil bumpy thing. Not visible at all but only felt by touch. Sighs*

Lately, everyone has been asking if i was going for Secondhand Serenade's showcase here in KL and it would pierceeee through my little heart everytime i was questioned.....
During one of the wee hours of the morning, I was superrrrrrr stoked when i saw Secondhand Serenade's facebook page posting up Events on their tour dates. They were coming to MALAYSIA!
I got sooooo damn excited in the middle of the night. Alone. I couldnt belive my eyes! I had been wishing for them and Adam Lambert to be in Malaysia. (ofcourse that came true, but i missed Adam's concert)
I had this lil Wishlist on artistes that i would Love for them to come to Malaysia for a concert or a showcase.
It was insaneeeee that it was coming true! :)
I mean seriously, Secondhand Serenade? That was like sooooo 2007/2008. They had also been quiet lately.
Was a bigggg fan and would listen to their whole album- Especially when im EMO. whichmakesnosensecauseiwouldtearevenmore!
So they'll be here for a showcase but for a price of RM90. RM70 for the Early Birds.
To be honest, i dont really prefer going for concerts that has a ticket price.
i know i know, why the hell would they wanna perform for free But i've been to All American Rejects, Boys Like Girls, Tokio Hotel, Leona Lewis & The Veronicas(Is that all? I think it is).
All FREE Concerts, werent they? ;)
Yes, i have a thing for Free Concerts and First Come First Serve Basis.
Its Fair that way and people dont have to Buy their way for the best view possible.
I personally wouldnt like to spend a large amount of money on just a ticket for a concert/showcase for any artist. Maybe Exceptional only if i have been a Huge Fan like forever.
I mean to spend RM500 on just concert tics for like a night/ few hours is just _____ errr, not worth it? Come on for RM500 you can do alottt with that money. For instance- SHOPPPINGG! Heee!
I said RM500 because thats the average price on the Best Seats of the concert/showcase. Cheapest would probably be like RM100 or so but you'll see them like Ants from afar! (WHATS THE POINT!!)
Cutting to the chase bout Secondhand Serenade.
Yes, i was upset that i wasnt going for Secondhand Serenades because it was a "paid showcase". Sounding like a cheapo because i dont even wanna take out RM90 for a band i have been wishing to hear LIVE. I would only go if i had won them tickets.
So during that afternoon- hours before the showcase. I started tweeting and facebooking. Looking for last min opportunities.
Was already jealous enough of Mike that he will be the official photog of the showcase and that he isnt able to tag me along.
It was the Power of Twitter! sparing you the longgg deets, Marcky got a pair of passes last min and he was looking for a date too. ZOMG! Just met Marcky on twitter from a couple of friends and he is so nice to ask me be his date since he knew i was so despo to go. Hahaha!
I swear i was jumping up and down in excitement!!
Thanking Marc over and over again, I Got ready rightaway to head out to the Bently Auditorium, near Curve where the showcase is being held.
Great timing, Mike came out as i reached the entrance even before Marcky did. There was a lil complication going on at the media reg counter. BUT BUT BUT! It turned out Marcky got me a Media Pass too! ZOMG ! How Awesome was that?! I swear i was so happy i could Faint.
Local acts were on (ofcourse) so we chilled a lil while camwhoring :)
