Absolut Vodka Tower now absolut Launched and Available

Finally! it has absolut arrived!! I present you.... Absolut Vodka Towers imported all the way from Sweden! Sadly, it is Not available for sale or even for prize giveaway during the launch. Thats how exclusive it is ;)

yep, there were a few sad faces when they found out they cant bring the tower home.

Having a glass of vodka isnt enough right, alcoholics social drinkers? Thats were this tower comes in to place!

[Attention] Guys! this is how you can get ladies instead of buying each of them a drink. Everyone can share a couple of towers and it will last you the night. And i can ensure, F U N will be included ;)

I personally think that bringing the towers to Malaysia is a great idea! Beer towers are sooo 2011. Liquor  Towers are the new hot thing in 2012!


The exclusive invitees only launch was held at Ecoba, PJ Trade Centre (near Curve).

Taadaaa! My mix was Vodka + Lime.
If you dint know yet, i loveeee anything sour! it tickles my taste buds.
And i just had to make mine pure Lime + Vodka. heheh

Valerie's one tasted more tropical because of the orange citrus in it. Sandy's one was rather sweet, and ofcourse mine was sour max.




Shortly after we had our towers, it was time for an interactive game session!

However, I, on the other hand, OBVIOUSLY not a pro at puzzles.
I dint even realize that my puzzle piece wasnt a picture perfect . Hahaha! I dint even had that much to drink...yet.

and i was OVERLY HAPPY when i saw the picture of a mixing set! because it comes in a Absolut Vodka BAG! It smells of leather though *wink wink*


Sandy got a Tower- redeemable on her next visit, I got a Mixing Set in a Bag & Valerie got a Absolu Vodka glass. It was kewl that each one of us got different prizes.


On the other hand, this Limited Edition Absolut Vodka is imported from China.
And guess which alcoholic got it?...

MIKE!
Quite a few people were lucky enough to it bring home .. Sadly, none at our table..

Sadly, i only get to catch up with Linora from Red FM after she changed from her beautiful dress. I like her segments on RedFM. 11am-3pm. She always sounds soooo joyful- Really!


Freda (in grey) joined us later on, and went with the girls for a second round at OverTime.... i had almost too much to drink and was good for the night. Besides, i dont really fancy beer.

Oppp, did you catch The Viral Factor (starring Nicholas Tse & Jay Chou) yet? He's in the movie!!
Not to mention, got his ass handed to him by Nic & Jay ;)If you dint know, some parts of the movie were shot in Kuala Lumpur!

The Descendants Movie Review

Last week, i attended the press screening of The Descendants at GSC MV, little did i know that it would be Trending Worldwide on twitter just yesterday after the Golden Globes Awards 2012.
As the movie took home TWO awards! 

Best Drama and Best Actor for George Clooney .
*claps*



The Descendants Movie Review;

The first time when you hear the movie title "The Descendants", im sure some of you are thinking its a 'Horror' film. Because thats what i thought until i saw the trailer. "The Descendants" are actually referring to Matt (George Clooney) and his siblings that are the descendants of the Hawaii prime land.

Its a poignant film to begin with. This story shows how a family come together and deal with an issue- making decisions which results in the consequences or the outcome of it. Its one that some families may be able to relate to. It also brings in an element of responsible ownership to the heritage from your ancestors. 

Surprisingly, i found myself laughing almost half the time as they do add a little humour here and there. Just to give you a little heads up, there are quite a number of  "F**k" and vulgar words being thrown around among the family. The little sister will definitely surprise you ;)

Running time approx 1hr50mins. It may feel a little long for a movie like this, but i think that was an appropriate running time as a family matter isnt solved that easily or quickly.

You would also probably know Shailene Woodley(most left) from The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Shes very pretty.
And for the guys, she does appear quite a number of times in different bikinis ;)

In some way, i guess i liked the father figure he acted so well. He was a pretty cool dad.

When watching the film, i thought they had gone to an extend to make George look way old. Little did i know that in his current photos, he does actually looks that old. As my memory tells me that George still has (mostly) dark hair. Guess my memory was outdated. But they movie did make him look like a workaholic father that hardly hits the gym. George is still in a very fit state for his age at 51 years old.

Hennessy V.S.O.P NyX Collection Launch Party @ Vertigo Club

Surpriseeee! Hennessy NyX Collection Launch Party was held at a secret location and most invitees only had a rough idea where was it going to be held ;)
Invitees were greeted and directed from the roadshow at East Atrium as if we're in a treasure hunting game
Them 'lady gagas'  did not say where our destination was as they only guided us along the journey.

Eventhough i knew where was it going to be held, I played along ;)




Arrived a little late after dropping by Vicky's place to pick her up. There werent many people left at the roadshow as you can see. Little did i know that Malaysians did not practice the 'Malaysia's Timing' culture at this event. *Surpised*
Malaysia's New Year's Resolution?! Or maybe because there was Free Flow of Hennessy NyX collection that the people did not want to miss out on?

Gosh, it was so nice to catch up a little bit (in a sober state) with Vicky after 2-3 years since i met her at a drinking session ;)

Its cause of my broken pinky toe :(
I have to give up heels for at least 2 months but thats not going to stop me from partying! woot wooot!

If you had not notice it yet, the dress code was White or Ultra Violet.
White was preferred as we will be under UV lighting that makes us glow in the dark ;)
WHITE GLOVES were our passport into the event.
I had a Media (glow in the dark) magic stamp on my wrist but it was hardly visible.

Walked in Vertigo and it was crowded! it was Bumper to bumper butt to butts shoulder to shoulder!!
Definitely a great response from the crowd :)
The tables were first come first served! WTH? So we chilled by the table where some of the bloggers were at.


DJ BLINK was in the haussss! DJ Goldfish, Y U NO up there too? :(
DJ Blink brought the haus down, or rather the dance floor with those wicked beats!





Unfortunately for the guys , this event was filled with Males! I think there was prolly around 60% Male & 40% Female.

and i think you know how many percent of girls should be more than guys at any clubs for that matter
But i spotted quite a number of cute guys though.
I think there were mostly males because they were crazy for the free flow and arrived way early to get crazeeeh.

Hennessy NyX ran DRY pretty darn fast. I only had a few drinks and the waiter that was suppose to be going around serving drinks were hardly seen! Now, that was a real disappointment :(
At least, i got to taste the NyX Cranberry flav. That, iLike! :)
I wasnt even tipsy when i left the event which is pretty rare considering the free flow. Was practically sober!! -__-

Honestly, i think that Hennessy NyX launch could've been better. Well, theres always room for improvement.
Last but not least, thanks to Bryan for the night! :)
It was nice to see alot of familiar faces too as Its been a while since my boring hectic exam life. Heheh!

Although the makeup look i did inspired from the NyX Collection theme wasnt what i imagined it to be, i was still reluctant to remove it to bed and actually considered sleeping in it. LUL!

This marks my first week of holiday too. Been working for almost a full month. 19 days to be exact.
So far so good. Been pretty busy this week but i feel that its going to get more chill than this :)
Overjoyed too as tons of my fav tvshows just came on from summer holiday!! My days and weeks has been so dull without them.
